Phone is fastest for a reel you are standing in front of. Email is best for a stack of photos and a list of tags.

Coverage

Statewide North Carolina, including the Charlotte metro, the Research Triangle, the Piedmont Triad, western North Carolina, eastern North Carolina and the coast. Pickup is arranged per load; there is no drop-off yard to visit.

When you call, have this ready

Wire type, gauge or MCM, copper or aluminum, approximate footage, how many reels, and the city the wire is in. If you do not know the type, read the print legend off the jacket.

Sending photos by email

Attach the reel tag, the full reel and the legend. If the files are large, send fewer and sharper photos rather than many blurry ones.

Tell us what you have and where it is. Photos of the reel tag and jacket legend help us respond faster.

Photos: add up to 6 photos (10 MB total) — the full reel, the reel tag, and the jacket legend or wire size marking. Photos are optional, but they are the fastest way to get a real answer.
